Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas/Plano-East

So I just checked in and it’s been nothing short of a pleasurable experience. Checked in swiftly and effortlessly…The room is spotless, and the area is seems nice and safe. Don checked me in and has immaculate customer service skills, Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had checking in. I’d easily book here again. The only thing that may be a bit off putting to some is the decor. I don’t mind it personally but after staying in several modern hotels, this 1 is a bit more laid back and cozy as far as decor goes. No loud colors but more of a woodsy neutral feel. Still pretty comfortable so far. Hope this helps.

Super friendly staff, with a shoutout to Juliana at the front desk. Thank you for being so kind and professional! This hotel is VERY clean inside and out. Give housekeeping a BONUS! Peaceful and safe surroundings to sit by the pool or take a walk around the area/property. Lots of breakfast options, as well. Great stay!

This is by far one of the best hotels I stayed at. The rooms were so nice but what really stuck out and sealed this stay for us was the man at the front desk. He was so kind and helpful. He made me and my kids feel so welcomed. I wish I knew his name but he was there 8-5-25 at around 5. He even went as far as getting my son Ice for his coco. Hopefully this helps identify the awesome guy. We will be back for sure!

This ia a wonderful hotel the staff was kind and courteous.the rooms were super clean.!!! The breakfast was ohhhh my god it was truly a delicious meal. They had plenty to choose from. I especially want to thank Mrs. Vicky she was the hostess at breakfast and she made sure every one had plenty to eat and never let the food run low. She kept asking if we needed any thing just to let her know. They had all kinds of omelets, pancakes, mini walffles sausage ,potatoes and all kinds of muffins. They even has home made salsa. If I could give a 10 I would.thank you for making my stay there's ever.

Our hotel room was huge and very clean. The staff were amazing, very nice, and accommodating. Love the free breakfast, so many options everyday. Will definitely stay here again when we visit the area in the future

We've stayed here before & the reason we choose this location again is because of the rooms. This Hampton location is so clean and the service is awesome. I wish I could give them 10 's! The free breakfast was delicious to say the least, never had we gotten omelets nor biscuits and gravy before. I love this Hampton Inn and will stay again and again. Thank you.

Like this place alot but the body soap bottle was empty. Gosh, don't house cleaning check each time they do the room? It was a bit annoying and I had to struggle to pry the bottle out for a replacement late in the night after you checked in. Good breakfast, plenty of parking. I have been here many times.

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn Plano East. The rooms were well-appointed — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were absolutely lovely — warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast each morning was a nice bonus, with a good variety of hot and cold options that made starting the day easy and enjoyable. The pool area was also a highlight — clean, well-maintained, and great for a refreshing dip. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, especially considering the quality of service and amenities. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
